Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping will not be chargeable within India. For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping location.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We ship via reputed delivery partner Bluedart / Delhivery for domestic orders and DHL for international shipments.
Our international pricing varies from our INR pricing keeping currency fluctuations in account

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Avira Diamonds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Delivery Method – International
Pricing in our International catalogue differs from the pricing in our INR catalogue. We take exchange rates and currency volatility into account.
International shipping charges are mentioned on our website. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors.
